We are happy to share that Graduate Entrepreneur Fund is investing in Secuped to help developing Secuped's home monitoring solution. Secuped's home monitoring will help people at risk of diabetic foot ulcers (wounds) and their healthcare providers to intervene timely and prevent these wounds. We are happy to announce that Secuped has received funding from UNIIQ for the development of our home monitoring solution for diabetic feet. The UNIIQ investment enables us to further develop a prototype solution and perform a first evaluation with people at risk of diabetic foot ulcers.

Your challenge:
People with long-term diabetes are at risk of developing diabetic foot ulcers, which affect about a quarter of all diabetes patients. These wounds are preventable, but current solutions are neither user-friendly nor cost-effective for physicians to prescribe. Secuped is developing an innovative home-monitoring device to fill this gap—and we need your expertise to design the core internal mechanics and sensing algorithms that make this possible.
